O problema não é do hotel, mas da região em que está situado . Fila para elevador e localização (lugar mal frequentado e perigoso). Nada que se destacasse.
Estupendo hotel a buen precio. El hotel me parecíó estupendo, sobre todo para estar en pleno Manhattan. El servicio estuvo bien, nos dieron un coctel de bienvenida y 25 dólares para gastar en la cafetería, que nos valieron para desayunar.

Very Good The valet parking was not efficient. We were told to allow up to 45 mins to get your car upon checkout. I called at 4:15am as we wanted to be on the road back to Canada by 5:00am and avoid Manhattan traffic. It took a total of 1hr and 15mins to get our car and we were 30mins late getting away. For the price you pay it should be much better service! Location was fabulous Bonus drink coupon and food Voucher provided upon check in, extremely quiet

Deludente Servizi limitati e talvolta inesistenti. Per ben 2 volte non ci hanno rifatto la camera. Il servizio di reception quasi nullo, Pulizia così così. Dovrebbero lasciarti l’acqua in camera come courtesy benefit ma spesso la dimenticano. Ho dovuto chiedere più volte il body wash perché puntualmente lo dimenticavano. Appena arrivata hanno fatto l’addebito di 7 notti anziché 10 e poi mi hanno chiamata e richiamata per fare il saldo al più presto, sebbene l’errore fosse il loro ho trovato poco professionale l’approccio.
