Great Location, Courteous Staff, Great Value for Money nothing, except size of the room, which was small (expected at NYC) great location, prompt revert from staff, house keeping was perfect Welcome drink vouchers was a nice surprise
Reconmendable El personal no es demasiado amable. Mucha demora en el check in y nos entregaron la habitación una hora más tarde del horario a pesar de que nos habíamos registrado por la mañana. La ubicación muy cerca de todo.
Wonderful The room was a little small, but we managed, even with three large suitcases. Great view from the hotelroom. We stayed on the 34st floor. Nice atmosphere, it was clean and stylish looking. The location was perfect - close to severeal points of interest and the subway just around the corner.

BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!! LOVE THIS HOTEL SUCH A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE!! Everything was perfect :-) I absolutely loved the staff! Latisse and Vince made my birthday so much better than it couldve been. Absolutely outstanding customer service !!! Would 100% recommend to anyone. The rooftop bar and bar downstairs were so convenient and phenomenal view.
Hotel moderno cerca de Times Square Trato en recepción. Armario muy pequeño para poder acomodar la ropa. Almohadas demasiado grandes, muy incómodas para dormir. Bien localizado, cerca de Times Square. Instalaciones modernas y bien en limpieza. Bar de copas con fantásticas vistas en lo alto del edificio
