This was my first trip to NY and the location was perfect. Great location, clean and friendly staff. Very quiet in a noisy city.
I would consider coming back to Aliz. The elevators sometimes were crowded and took long to arrive to our floor. Our room was good. Beds were comfortable. The location was excellent. The complementary drinks were great.
Modern, clean, and great location - would definitely stay again! The breakfast buffet, whilst not a bad price, had some misleading advertising (it looks like it’s $19.99 on the posters but that’s actually just for the mimosas) and they automatically add gratuity and don’t inform you of this. We almost left cash tip at the table as well as being charged gratuity on the bill. Overall this wasn’t a massive deal though and definitely wouldn’t put me off. Exceptional Very close to the center of NYC and Hells Kitchen, amazing views of the skyline from the rooftop bar looking north and south, very polite staff, comfortable room and renovated bathroom, good value for money, good choice for a visit to the city
