Staff let the place down Bed was the size of the room - when travelling with 3 suitcases there was no space for them or to move in the room A lot of the staff where just moody. If it was f for the 2 members of staff at check out I’d be inclined to say they all where! Didn’t want to be there & weren’t bothered. From receptionists to cleaners to waiters to bar staff. I pressed for house keeping 1 day and no body even came. Good location & some staff friendly
Excellent staff, great value, great room, good location, will absolutely stay again. Half of the window in our room was blocked off with a mirror that had been installed there. It took away from the view we could have had and the lights of the city. Mattresses were a bit on the too soft side. I had asked if they could help at all with my daughter's first trip to Manhatten to make it special without gouging me. Great stay, Brandon and Zac were fantastic!
Clean, inviting, great views, friendly staff. Such a clean and inviting property right in the heart of Times Square. The rooms were satisfactory: bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the view was amazing! I felt safe the entire time, and the staff was very friendly.

Great breakfast, free drinks! The breakfast was fantastic and each guest got two free cocktails in the evening.
