Staff were very accommodating and helpful, bed very comfortable. Pretty central for most of Times Square Reception could be fitted out differently, small bar area could be better placed maybe in the restaurant allowing more space in reception when it’s at its busiest time as seating is quite limited Beds very comfortable

Perfect new year get away I found the room too hot but the family didn’t . Great location. Comfortable Friendly

The location and the room make my stay convenient and comfortable. Lobby is a bit small and front part of the street to the main entrance is not clean. Location is great , close to Times Square and close to Bus terminal! Room is a bit small , but comfortable and practical with big bed and cute bathroom.
