I've been with this storage company for about a year now, and have consistently been impressed with their customer service and overall level of cleanliness. A few days ago, I wanted to upgrade my unit which requires an in-person visit. Elias was very professional and helpful. Answered all the questions and was willing to show all available units. Would recommend this employee and wished he was at this location normally. Will recommend this storage management company highly.

I had great customer service from Charles and he made sure to explain everything to me in great detail. The storage units are underground with cameras all around, so there is no issue with security. Highly recommend if you need a storage unit.

The folks who worked here were nice people and very helpful. The only issue I had was that the space I rented had a pillar in it, about a foot and a half in diameter, so I wasn't really getting the full size of the space I had paid for. Luckily, all the things I needed to store for our move was able to fit in the storage with some stacking. They had great service, nice price and great discount and they have detail explanation with efficiency process!
I was able to make a reservation and get a unit with in 2 days of getting notice i had to leave my dorm, and they were super flexible with the times i could come in and very helpful with getting me a date and making sure i understood how it works! Highly recommend storing here.
