A year ago, we communicated to you that we would no longer provide services to you due to the way you had treated our staff. That said, the doctor in house during the most recent visit that you are referencing made an exception and said that she would see your puppy. You then declined and said that you would just go to your regular veterinarian. We take the treatment of our staff very seriously, yet we were ready to make an exception because we wanted to do right by your puppy.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. I’ve debated posting this for a while now, but after a third not so good experience I’ve decided to warn others. My first experience that I had, I brought my dog in because I had clipped her nail too short on accident and she had been bleeding for several hours and I tried everything to get the bleeding to stop. Did not think this place was professional at all. I came 50 minutes away, and the front desk was eating snacks while a dog was brought in on a stretcher and I was holding my dog waiting for someone to help me as well. I am not one to leave reviews but the staff in the lobby were incredibly rude and judgmental throughout our entire visit. My puppy (in obvious discomfort) and I were left alone for 45 min in a room with no communication from anyone. However, I will say that the Veterinarian Dr. Huddle was extremely kind and helpful. Without her I would not recommend this place unless absolutely necessary but she was spectacular. I am thankful for the care she provided under such difficult work conditions.
I am not one to go out of my way to leave reviews but this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received in my life. The wait time is at least 2-3 hours just to get into a room. Then while my puppy is in obvious discomfort they do not show for another HOUR. Leaving us alone in a room with no help or communication. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful in the lobby. I absolutely do not recommend this place unless absolutely necessary. An absolute joke.
Called and told them we would be in since our 13 year old cat was starting to have seizures. They said it was a 15 minute wait. We got there in 5 minutes since we live close by! After we got all checked in they said just to let you know now there is at least a 3-4 hour wait since the doctor just went into surgery! Are you serious?! This is unethical and it shows that they don’t care about your pets! If they did they would have at least 2 vets on in a emergency clinic. An animal that is not actively seizing will always be of lower urgency as an animal that requires emergency surgery to prevent death.
