Horrible experience. I just left All Creatures with my 7 year golden retriever who has a horrible recurring ear infection. A few weeks ago I brought her to All Creatures and was seen for the same ear infection. I did everything Dr. Kimble recommended to the cost of just under $300. A couple weeks later the ear infection was worse, despite all the injections, medications, cleaning, etc. so I called All Creatures to ask what they recommended. I would not necessarily NOT recommend them, but there were only two options. Anyway, they gave me dog flea meds for my cat. My cat could have been really hurt had I not read the box. I asked for a discount because of the inconvenience of having to return to get the correct meds, they said no. The counter girl had one job!....Anyway, since Dr. Latter has mostly retired, the place is not the same. They are pleasant enough but I get the impression that the new young docs don't assess the animal or situation fully. You have to ... read more

I will never use All Creatures Animal Clinic again! They treated my Maltese, Cannoli, for many years with extremely strong antibiotics, which didn’t help her ear and skin infections, and she died a horrific painful death suffering from liver damage. They never tested her liver or pancreas, which should always be done when on antibiotics for a long period of time. I am horrified!! This email says that you hope to see me and our Sammie Lou Who soon.......DO YOU ALL NOT HAVE SOME SORT OF RECORDS WHEN FURBABIES PASS AWAY???????? I do not recommend All Creatures Animal Clinic, because my Cannoli died last month due to extremely strong medication! In the past few years, they have not been the caring clinic that I first took my MaltiPom Cannoli, and Pomeranian Pixie, to for their medical care the past 5 years or more! As you know, Cannoli died on 3/17/2021, from being over medicated with antibiotics the past few years! I called in a prescription refill hours before I came to pick it up. It was not ready it was waiting on a vets signature Six doctors work there. I had an appointment I needed to get to I waited about 30 minutes. No prescription. Normally I LOVE everything about All Creatures. I've been going there for about 35 years. Today was a TERRIBLE experience !!!!!
I don't know what is going on with this veterinary practice. I thought at one point that they were great. Not so anymore. I've had 2 bad experiences with this practice. One was 4 years ago and that vet almost killed one of our dogs because he was sloppy. Our dog then required hospitalization for pneumonia. The other was recently when another dog was sick and they couldn't pinpoint what was wrong. Two days and $587.80 later, they wanted to hospitalize the dog to the tune of $1200! The greatest vet clinic I have been to. Our dogs actually pull on their leads to get in the door. The staff is wonderful and I am positive they spoil my "furkids" during boarding more than we do.
