It’s disheartening that the level of care at All Creatures has went from [years ago] being on point to now a true high level of incompetence. I took my dog in for skin issues and without testing his skin they gave him medication that proved to not work, if they had tested his skin they would have known that the shot they have him would not meet it’s objective. RecommendedWe recently lost our lab to illness and I can’t stress how much they made the whole process between diagnosis and sadly when it came time to put our sweet girl down smooth and comforting. I showed up at the SPCA with a shopping bag, which was quickly filling up with blood, tied around my dogs paw, only to be turned away from the SPCA and told to drive over 45 minutes away to an emergency vet because they’re impatient was full. Communicate with the pet parent. I brought my senior cat in yesterday for an appointment and left him at the hospital as per vet's advice. I was told someone would call me when he was ready to pick up. No one called me. I stopped by and was told someone would call me by 8:30 or 9:00 the next morning with news of his condition. No one called me. I called the office at 9:30 and was told there was "no information. And THAT is good news." I told the young lady on the phone to have them please call me at their convenience. I feel like all creatures severely mishandled my dogs treatment. on Saturday morning we brought her in with a severe head injury from her getting attacked by a much larger dog. (shes a chihuahua other dog was a pit) her eye was completely hanging out and she was screaming in pain. we left her there overnight and picked her up Sunday by which they were saying she was doing great, eating and drinking. we bring her home and shes an actually unable to move at all much less hold her head up to eat or drink. for the next 2 and a h... read more
One of our greyhounds was having some issues with pain being newer to the area I looked on some of the greyhound groups and found this vet. We had an appointment on Tuesday to see Dr. Kidwell so we could find our what was going on. Once we arrived the front desk staff was friendly and efficient got us checked in and back rather fast being this was our first visit. Not happy with this place anymore. Took my dog's here for 11 years but they have been rude and negligent with my dog's care.
