I moved to Lakeland 3 yrs ago. Started taking my Yorkie to this clinic as I was told they were the best. In Dec 2016 she became sick. I called to make an appointment in tears asking them to help my baby. Because I didn't have 600 to 800 to hand them I was told they couldn't do anything for her. However if I got a credit card they'd take that as payment. With a divorce & a foreclosure I couldn't do that. I was willing to make any kind of payment arrangements & they wouldn't even consider it.
