never take your animals to these people they take advantage of the elderly. my friend of 74yrs old took a dog sick with heartworm into there office they told him I'd be 35 a day boarding fee so he left the dog in a 5 day period there saying he owes 2000 dollars for a shot of Lasix and boarding daily they only received permission for that and to put in a catheter now there saying we'll we had to give him this and that but Monday it'll be 2250 and the dog is still gonna die because they refuse to treat him for his heartworm w... read more
I am absolutely appalled at the way my disabled family member and her senior dog were treated at this office last week. She was treated so poorly that she left having a panic attack and had to be medicated the rest of the day. Dr. Hankes and the staff should be ashamed of their unethical behavior. Extremely lacking in kindness and caring for animals and humans. I beg you, protect your pets and yourself by taking your business elsewhere.
RUN! Don't walk, these people don't care about you or your dog. This was the most horrific experience I've ever had with any place of business. You'd be better them by yourself.
