When my account was owned by Army Aviation Federal Credit Union I had zero problems. From the moment All In took over, it has been a nightmare. When All In took over, they sent new credit cards. My wife and I never got them in the mail. It has been months now and neither of us have received our cards. We have called NUMEROUS times to try and get a card but they never appear in the mail. never use them for a auto loan!!!! no local places to make payments... the automated system is 8.00 to use and when you actually talk with a loan officer that can take payments its 10.00 with a side of sassy!!!
After a week of being jacked around and running around to get stuff to get approved for an auto loan and the girl telling me I had to have insurance in my name (for the car I was purchasing), went to the bank to see what time problem was apparently they loan officer had no idea what she was doing and completely wasted my time ... I hope they don’t call for a review ... it won’t be a good one
I was a customer of Army Aviation Credit Union as of 2007. I moved out of state and unfortunately was not aware of the change to All In. Apparently fees changed with new owners and without notifying me, they just emptied my small account until it was gone and charged me some service fees. I only kept enough in there to have an account with Army Aviation, but never paid any fees. Just wanted access for future loans. No need now... they can have my money and my $12 penalties... I assume the employee was Mary C. if she was the larger woman behind the counter at the Troy branch. That woman was the person who verbally assaulted my wife. We were in a hurry and my wife ran in to make a withdraw. Though my wife was the only customer, that employee claimed that my wife could not be in the building without a face mask on. When my wife turned to leave, she noticed that another employee in the office had no mask and questioned why then was it allowable for her. I joined this credit union in 1984. It was great for several decades. The staff was friendly and always tried to help. They "upgraded" their software a few years ago and then changed their name. What a mess. This institution has become everything you've ever heard bad about banks. Even the tellers often seem embarrassed over the policies and actions sent down from management. Want a great credit union? Sadly, this is no longer one I can recommend.
The staff are very rude like they are doing me some big favor. Where I work we are to serve not be served.
I hate having to wait until sometime between 8 am and 5 pm on my payday to get my direct deposit actually deposited. Some of us have things to do , places to go and people to see and we shouldn’t have to wait all day to get access to our funds . Will be looking for a new bank .
