Worst rates in town. Will be in this week to close all our accounts and move to a different credit union. Tried a used car loan 10 years ago, a boat loan 8 years ago and even a secured loan for with collateral today and they always want twice as much down and higher rates than anyone else we call. Also asked me to deposit the amount that I wanted to borrow into a savings account so they could loan it back to me with interest. Have been a member for 12 years.
Was scammed by one of their employees on parts that I paid for that he will not send out, the employees name is Frank Howle on Facebook. If he’s okay with stealing from me, he’s okay with stealing from you as well.
Refuse to help their customers to correct any mistakes, they do not take accountability for their misleading comments. They will do anything they can to get/take money from you. I have never been treated like this from any bank or credit union. In the process of taking this loan to Navigator where they take care of and work with their customers. Nothing but headaches with this so called credit union! Never again in my life will I use them!
I took out a loan in August and they told me my first payment was in October. Then they proceeded to charge me interest for the two months I didnt make any payments and added it to my principle. What's worse, none of my payments have gone to my principle. Until the additional interest is paid back, ALL my payments go to pay down the extra interest so I haven't paid a penny on my loan.
