The night before our move, we were called confirming everything and also time of their arrival. We had Michael, Adam, Durrell and James. They are all top-notch. The move went smoothly and was stress free.

We paid $2k for the house to be damaged and left in this state. They lost the hardware for the beds and I was told it was left at the other house, so I drove 35 minutes only to find it was not there. I called and expressed concern to their operations manager who said he would send me info on how to file a claim and they would settle up with me at the end of the move. I have moved at least 12 times since 2003 in Austin, TX and this was by FAR the absolute worst experience I have ever had and cost a fortune. I called around to get quotes from several companies, and All my sons quoted me verbally between $550-650 on our initial call--and we discussed the inventory I had. AVOID!! They are not forth-coming when giving a quote, even after you ask. Very terrible business practices. They hike up prices the day before a scheduled move thinking you will have no other option.
It was expensive and not professional at all. They charge for things you don’t use. Their employees go as slow as possible, so that it costs you more money
I do not recommend all my sons. I used their service almost a month ago and they hit my garage door frame and front door frame. I filled a claim form, but the “customer care” department hasn’t replied to my claim yet.
Backed out a day before a Scheduled move. Was set up 7 weeks in advance. Deposit and a confirmation Call 2 days before the Move!!! Could Not set up a alternate move Date. Very POOR TREATMENT TO THE CUSTOMER! POOR SERVICE!
