The first contact very friendly, the movers were very friendly, but at time of billing, the estimate was considerably lower than the actual bill. After we unpacked all the boxes, there were two or more boxes missing from the shipment. I contacted the company about finding them - initially was told they would check their warehouses to see if they can find the items. I never heard back from them. Horrible customer Service. We called and got a quote to move our son from a 5x10 storage room to his collage apartment that was 6 blocks away. We spoke with Brian on the phone who advised it should only take 2 movers one hour and quoted a great price. We accepted and set the appoint. The day of the appoint the movers showed up and moved the furniture in less than an hour. This is where the issues began. This review was meant for the Little Rock branch. Not affiliated with the Texas All My Son's. Sorry about the confusion Moving team incompetent. Had no tools to disassemble beds. Damaged many items, including brand new refrigerstor and new dryer. Offered $219. Damage was extensive. They only pay. 60 cents a pound no matter what or how badly they damage it. Buyer beware!!
Poor overall experience mixed with two great movers. Estimator said "half a day tops" turned in to 9am-8pm. One of the 3 movers complained all day, dropped an item,broke it and tried to play it off, same mover cursed at other movers in house with my wife there. Was told a claim was filed for broke item, it wasn't. Shame estimator and one mover ruined process for the two incredibly hard working guys!
First of all, I want to state clearly that my complaint is not with the movers that did the actual work. They were great and very professional. My complaint is solely with the sales rep and manager about their billing. I was quoted one price and the sales rep told me “I guarantee that it will not be one penny more, if fact it will probably be less!” He also went on to say that is why they are different then all the other companies.
