Not reliable.... wanted to reschedule an out of state move 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment!
they gave us aquote of three hours and. they charged us for 10 we packed all our own stuff and we got charged 110 for packing material people in the officeare rice and arrogant we had to hire a reliable coming to come movethe rest of our stuff because the inexperienced movers could not get out all in the truck we started off with three movers and ended up with two they couldnt drive the truck theu had to be pulled out of the side of the drive way twice then someone who doesmt work for them backed the truck up for them after ... read more
More damages than.it was worth. What a huge waste of time, money and effort. One of the guys was his first day and he was very sincere about damages. Called the office which led NO where, either pay or dont get your stuff! Still counting damaged items and they have been gone a few hours, but they did say they accept tips! More to come! Took our clothes from the dresser and stuffed in a box.
We had a horrible experience with this company. Not only.are they dishonest about their pricing and fees, but the manager is one of the most rude people I have ever spoken to in my life. Would NEVER recommend me. I really hope and pray that this company gets their act together. Moving should be an easy process, not like this. So sad!
My wife and I contacted All My Sons to help us move our "big furniture " into our new home. Three men met us at the 1st location which was a storage building at 9:00am and the first thing I noticed was a strong odor of Marijuana. My first thought was do they not do random drug test on these guys? My 71 year old Father-In-Law and I brought all the heavy big furniture from the 3rd floor down to a staging area where the 3 guys could load the truck. After not moving at their quoted “fast professional pace”, they charged me double the estimate. I understand some flexibility with the estimate but double is ridiculous. After talking with Steven on the phone, they were unwilling to budge an inch. I’m glad I called though as the guys stopped for a half hour lunch that they weren’t going to inform me of if I hadn’t asked after the 25 minute drive turned into an hour. Sorry excuse for a business. Contacting my lawyer since the company won’t return any of my attempts to contact them about damage they did to my furniture and walls.
Quoted my mother just over $500 to move to Simpsonville from Ware Shoals... but once they arrived in Simpsonville, the bill was over $1000. The drivers/movers themselves were friendly and efficient, but the phone representatives were completely unethical.
