Horrible experience using this service.
We used All My Sons once before without much issue (other than driver delay charges that they credited back.) HOWEVER, this time was NOT GOOD. The driver was Justin Roach and his partner, as well as someone named Charles and his partner. The four men seemed very friendly and were punctual... however, we have $3000+ in items stolen from us during this move and several damages. They were extremely unprofessional and tried to change the contracted job after the time they were supposed to arrive for the move.
This was the worst moving experience we could have ever imagined. My parents used All My Sons to move and I would never recommend them to anyone. The pricing is outrageous, they underestimated how much would fit on the truck so we ended up having to move some bed frames and end tables and other large items in our own cars. They didn’t bring tools so we had borrow tools from a neighbor and then they didn’t put ANY of the furniture back together. How are you a moving company and you don’t have any tools??? I was always taught that if you can't say something good don't say anything at all.
All I can say is DON'T hire them.
Do not by all means ever hire this company Mt $400 dollar quote turned to $800 not only was I sexually harassed by one of the movers which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and in safe they put the wrong address in the booking after I specifically asked the guys if they had the correct address they were sent somewhere else and were lost for 2 hours which I had to pay for. Terrible experience with All My Sons. I was quoted 3 hours with 4 workers. I ended up being charged a thousand dollars to have 4 people move things from upstairs to my basement, and they didn't even get it all moved. I also got charged for materials not used. After contacting the office they were very rude and would not make any attempt at rectifying the situation. We were quoted $467 ($139/hr) and were charged over $2300. Time delays were because the first two helpers decided to walk off the job after less than 30 minutes of work and we had to wait over 3 hours for 2 more helpers to arrive. They only gave us credit for 2.5 hours. When first talking to operations manager Chris to request a reduction in time, I was blamed for the walkout and when I wouldn't agree he threatened to hold our HH goods hostage.
