I have done several moves in my life, including across state lines, and this was by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My father had just died and we were moving my mother out of her house. I had an appointment for 8:30 Friday morning and confirmed it twice the day before. At 9:15, I called to see the estimated time of arrival. They said I had been moved to "sometime" that afternoon. I had a horrible experience moving with this company. I was told that I would be met to start my move at a certain time. DID NOT HAPPEN. No one called or notified me of the delay until 15 minutes after the expected time of arrival. It wasn’t until 4 hours later that anyone showed up. The movers did not wrap anything as I was told and just threw them on the truck. Nothing about this moving experience was convenient or satisfying. I would’ve been better off saving my money and doing it myself!

They moved me and I am missing several items after they attempted to over charge me and one of their employees got my phone number and sent me a personal text message asking me on a date. Completed a survey and notified management and I have yet to hear from anyone or be reimbursed for my items.

Stole over $20,000 worth of jewelry from us. Broke many valuable items. Took two marble tabletops back to store and never notified us they had them. When I called they were like “oh yeah we have those here” - they had been there six weeks. The movers also trashed the house we were moving from. When I originally called the claim office in Dallas and talked to some guy he hung up on me. When I called the Little Rock Office promises were made about them investigating on their end. Nothing...My best advice is RUN!! Use a different mover!This has been the worst move ever because of these unprofessionals. They forgot the bars for the wardrobe boxes and without asking decided to stuff my hanging clothes... I have nothing without wrinkles. All of our clothes have to be laundered or sent to the cleaners. They dumped the drawers of my chest and night stand into a wardrobe box. My glass decorative items were not wrapped in bubble wrap. My antique end table was damaged because they did not wrap it, the cord to... read more

Our experience was terrible! All sorts of promises for packing, loading, and moving our goods were made. An extensive inventory was done over the phone two days before the move date. Moving crew were late; careless in packing; left many items UNpacked; some items damaged (antiques) or missing (diamond jewelry); truck was insufficient size; many items were left behind for us to move at additional expense; lateness of departure meant my husband needed a hotel room en route to our new city. I also left a review about being ripped off, mine was deleted as well. At least the news has gotten wind of this and is bringing this out in the open. Quoted $360, had to pay $637 to get my stuff that they held hostage last year. Shame on you!
