They said they would be there Saturday 12-4. I got a call saying they were running long on other jobs and told me If I would be ok with them being there first thing Sunday they would discount my rate by $20/hr. And he confirmed it would be their first job Sunday. 9am. Well I waited til 9:30 and called and was told they were doing another Job first. What happened to first thing? From my first call all personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The crew, Cameron Terry and Christopher (sorry I forgot your last name) arrived on time and went to work. They were very careful with our items, very efficient and very patient with me as I added more things for them to pack. They are such charming men my husband and I enjoyed their company; had it not been for covid restrictions we would have asked them to stay for dinner. Not a single problem with this move.
