Your movers stole jewelry and money out-of my mother in law's purse in her own house. They made a huge mess of all the boxes. We have pictures and are pursuing legal action. We already filled a police terror and they took finger prints and pictures of it all. Do not employ this company.

5+ STARS!!!!! From the initial reservation phone call to the last box taken off the 26 foot truck, these guys were A W E S O M E ! Polite, friendly professionals who got the job done efficiently, quickly and were total pros! Thank you Josh, Mike, ISSAC, AKOS & BALAZS...YOU ROCK!!!

These people have been thieves and liars and change the rules to fit their needs constantly. I'm so tired of trying to get back the items their movers stole from me. I have a suspect, a police report and a denied claims letter stating they are denying me because I didn't file it inside of 90 days for "damaged goods". We had assumed it was lost in the move and we would eventually find the smart watch. We did 'find' it. Please do not be deceived like I was by only reading the reviews that they place on their website which cherry pick only the positive reviews that appear here and ignore the many negative reviews which detail horrible experiences like the one I had.. The movers destroyed my nearly brand new television and they have offered a tiny fraction of the replacement costs as compensation. All damaged claims are processed at our standard valuation of $0.60 per pound per article, this is how the amount was calculated. However, your claim has been reviewed by management and they should have contacted you with a new settlement that will hopefully be more to your liking. First and foremost the gentlemen who came and packed my furniture were professional, hard working, and wrapped my furniture with care. They were AWESOME. the problem is the office and SHANE in particular. We moved across state lines. Approx 400 miles. From South Florida to South Georgia. The deal was pay a deposit of approximately half (we had flat rate). Which we did about a week prior to our move with he agreement that we pay the balance upon delivery. Extremely bad service! Personal rude, disrespectful and impolite. They broke many of our goods and their attitude during the moving was just terrible. Only one of their resources was trying to help but in general was a horrible experience. In the past, I had used another company and the moving experience was not as traumatic as this one... Additionally, they were one of the most expensive and at the end charged a lot more than what they originally said. No flat rate at all. The actual movers ( Manuel Elier and Trell) were great! I have no complaints about them. They were very professional, friendly and very careful with all of my stuff. This is the second time I use them. The first time the price was very reasonable, it was like a 2 mile trip, but this time I paid almost $800.00 for the same time, the same funiture and only a 1/4 mile away. I paid more than double for less time and a shorter distance. My fault! For assuming I was going to get charged same as before. I'm very happy with the serv... read more
