I prefer to give them a zero but doesn't exist. They are very bad, they were late by 8 hours.
I would give them a zero if possible. These guys are scammers. First of all when you first call them they give a sales pitch about being employee owned. Of course the movers laughed and knew nothing. Then after scheduling a move Jason called me to confirm everything the day before. At that time he told me that there was a 18% FUEL CHARGE for each hour charged. He said they forgot to tell me the week before when i scheduled the move. So for each hour charged they charged me 28.80 FUEL CHARGE. Of course telling me the day befo... read more
Estimate was way below actual cost. Crew started demanding tips in the middle of the move. Talked to office manager and he couldn't care less of my complaint. Emailed compliant as well and never received response. Stay away from this company!!!
