I DONT RECOMMEND THEM They need to be upfront and honest about cost.. when movers showed up I was told that what I thought was going to be 3 men, 3 hours for $189.00 an hour was going to be over $1000.00. I went instead for a short move. They loaded for half an hour. Got just large things and basically held my items hostage till I paid a total of almost $900.00. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I feel like I was ripped off. The 3 movers, Junior, Lance and Isiah,were very nice ....the company sucks.
I found the moving personnel very good and did a great job. However, Juan the manager is not honest and turned a $1500 move for an 80 yr old family member, into $2900 by leaving numbers off the morning paperwork and misleading what the total would be. Like the movers but won’t use the company again.
MATTHEW the manager has no customer service skills he shouldn't be customer facing. MATTHEW can't even pretend to care. They left a washer meant for the second floor in my foyer. They promised a call the next day to arrange for someone to mov it upstairs. This didn't happen. The following morning we called them and the manager complained the job took too long. If I could rate them a zero, I would. We hired them to move a washer, a dryer, and fridge from one house to another and put them in place. Their crew was unprepared, careless, and incompetent. They did not have any tools, were unsuccessful in getting my fridge in the house, so they left it in the garage, and they scuffed up, scratched up, and dented my walls in my brand new house when they brought in the washer and dryer. Just used them 24-July -2022. First of all they didn’t even use a All my sons moving truck. Second they sent us inexperienced movers as I had to tell them how to pack the truck. They didn’t listen anD just threw everything in the back. Said 150 for packing materials and that was minimum and that’s literally what they had available. They ran out of package material and didn’t wrap furniture and damaged each piece of furniture I had. Warning to anyone looking to move, DO NOT use All my Sons. The estimator came out weeks before the move. He was very polite and saw that we had cats and dogs in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath baldwin park home. He wrote everything down and we scheduled the move. He was there probably 25 minutes. We paid a $600 deposit and started packing. The morning of the move the 5 men showed up and I showed them all the furniture.
