The guys who moved us were friendly, but this is by far the shadiest company we’ve ever hired to move us. The “estimate” they give you is nowhere near how much they actually charge you, for us it was more than DOUBLE the amount. Not only that but we were charged for 11.5 hours of labor when they actually worked 7.5 hours. The exact travel time was an hour and a half, but somehow they took 3 hours and didn’t report that to the owners, so again we were over charged an extra hour and half of labor. We hired All My Sons to move us from Orlando to Raleigh. We had a binding rate of $4500 and I am glad we did. They arrived on time for moving day and I was told by the sales rep, the dispatcher, and the movers that it would take 4 - 6 hours to load. They took 10 hours and blamed having to use the elevator for the overtime. We had moved into and out of that building in the past and never had the elevator issues. This is THE WORST MOVING COMPANY!! They are a scam! I was charged over $900 for 2 hours of moving. The workers didn't even move all that I needed moved! I'm calling my lawyer!! I spoke to the owner Scott, who kept acting like he couldn't hear me when I asked for and explanation of fees! So he hung up! Worst moving company I have ever used. And the worst costumer service ever. Getting yelled at for the movers forgetting my dresser and rug. They also scratched every price of furniture, and aren’t even being reasonable to talk to. Will never ever ever be going back there.
Arrived 5 hours later than the window of time I was given. Then they asked for a tip before they left. A little later I discovered one of our bookshelves in pieces sitting at he bottom of the stairs and they never said a word about dropping it. Will never use again.
Al my sons moved and stored our items. With over $1,700 of missing and damaged items they offered us $52 to repair and replace everything. They are CROOKS. #AMSthieves
