We used this company a few weeks ago for our move from Orlando to Jacksonville. A guy came to our house to give us an estimate and it was almost $400 under what the actual price ended up being. On top of that, they didn't pack all of our things into the moving truck, so we had to drive 2 SUVS back and forth THREE times to get the rest of our belongings. The move itself was fine. I didn't like that everything has to be in a closed box, no bags. The movers were professional and fun. It was way too expensive however. You have to pay the hourly rate for their travel time. Any other moving company I have used, they charge you from the time the time they arrive until the time they leave the new location (or a minimum of 2 hours). I did not like having to pay for the extra hour for their travel time.
Company is useless. Wish I could give them negative stars. I could say more, but I am tired of living this nightmare they created for me. Don't ever use them unless you want to pay $1,000's and have your belongings destroyed.
