If I could give negative stars I would!!! They were at our house promptly at 8am and started moving stuff into the their trucks. They then realized we were queer and refused to move us! They claimed it was because of a single cat box!!! They unloaded what they packed and left!! We scrambled and were thankfully able to hire another company who has the same “sanitary policy ” as them but this company was able to move us because there was actually nothing unsanitary about our house!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HOMOPHOBIC COMPANY!
Do not use this company if you support the LGTQ community. They flat out refused to move my friends the day of, because they found out they are a same-sex couple. Unbelievable!
Horrible. They charged us for 4.5 hours of moving. They took 3 hours wrapping and loading and 30 min to unload. (Have time stamps proving). They basically moved 2 bedroom La and a living room. I was stuck with renting a uhaul after they left. They were absolutely horrible to deal with. Don’t use them!!!
Can’t commit to their schedules. Overbooks to make as much money as possible then cancels on you! Poor business model!

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS!!!! Our move was canceled on the day of the move. We called and spoke to 2 people at the company about our move within 5 days of the move. On the morning of the move I get a text that they were not able to confirm the move with us so they were rescheduling it!!!! I apologize for this long review, but I believe that this should be said and brought to everyone’s attention. This entire situation was completely overwhelming and very embarrassing. I am sorry for the language that I will use at the end of this review. I was charged $700 to be sexually harassed and verbally assaulted by All my Sons Moving Company, not to mention their logistics team does not communicate well with one another. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. On my contract and confirmation page, I was scheduled to get moved out of Mt. Pleasant, SC on 10-12-2021. I was then scheduled to get moved in to my apartment in FL on 10-13-2021. I confirmed these dates with Dennis Martin, my sales representative on 10-11-2021. He told me that I would receive a call from my movers between 8 AM and 9 AM on 10-12-2021 to receive an ETA. On the morning of 10-12-2021, I never received a call from the movers. never show up. when I call them, he told me that I was swearing at them but all I said was to shut up so I can put a word in. He said keep repeating himself. so finally I hang up on him. I hope I get my deposit back or I will get lawyer from Chrysler.
