Never issued our refund! Movers were great for the hard job and hot day. Billing company is my problem! Been close to 20 days now and I have not received my refund for the over charge. After I had a great call with them and left positive review. I understand charging halfway through but when you overcharge someone by adding crew members without telling us and then telling me you are going to refund another overcharge for $200 for an hour they didn’t even work and never do…. This company is the worst moving company Ive ever had , not only do they lie and manipulate their customers they are far from “professional movers.” They hold your items hostage once they get to your location and charge you for hours they havent even completed and materials that werent used. I got charged 130.00 for “materials” which they asked if I wanted to use a mattress pad that they werent going to charge me and they wrapped my tv stand in plastic wrap THATS IT!!! Horrible moving company to deal with. good luck if you use them. especially if they break anything or ruin furniture. they will never pay you for the value of what your property is worth or even come close to the value. Definitely look into other moving companies. they also have bad reviews on yelp.
These guys broke my hallway light broke my door handle and smashed my back door windows , called the office to report it and they refuse to pay for my window , stating it’s to perfect if a hole , 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ do not use this company very unprofessional
these people took my deposit and never showed up to move. After telling me the movers would be at my daughters home between 11 and 1, and taking my 100.00 deposit, they just never showed up. I called three times and was given the run around. Last time i called Mike Rodriguez answered. Between calling me a liar and saying i was never told movers would be there between 11 and 1 and yelling at me I knew right then I was dealing with scammers. Do not use! No Covid protocols despite being asked. Brought wrong size truck and left many things behind When I asked for a resolution to this I was yelled at, sworn at and hung up on. The hire kids to move furniture and nearly all of my furniture is knicked and ruined. I had to ask the movers to stop swearing as we have children next door. Worst moving experience ever. Never again. I will be filing many complains with BBB and making sure all my friends and family and anyone else on Facebook land knows about ... read more
I DO NOT RECOMMEND All my sons They do not Use blankets to wrap wood items and I Found chunks of wood from bureaus I was told previously to leave clothes in bureau draws but my draws were removed and carried out without covers and placed in truck that way Told to use front door for direct exit but they went around kitchen to driveway instead and Chipped wood trim kitchen(brand new painted) Split basement stair in half from dropping file cabinet Didn’t have tools to fold up metal bed frame, had metal frame on wood floor ... read more
My experience with this company was employees outside work, but as they were still dressed AND driving the truck they're representing the company. 2 employees got in line behind me at Nova Farms WAY too close even for non-covid times. If I had turned around I probably would've hit my elbow on him. I asked him to keep his distance and he started mouthing off calling me racial slurs and getting very irate over being asked to act like a normal person. Rip off! Still waiting since August for them to “look into it”....As to why my move was so expensive considering the time it took for them to do it differs. I have a little surprise coming their way very soon. I can’t wait. Do not use this moving company or you will be sorry.
