Basically don’t get taken by the awesome customer service you think you’re getting in the beginning. it’s just a bait and switch then once something goes wrong no one is available to correct the problem. SCAM, SCAM Day of the move the movers were to be there at 8am with 3 guys. RecommendedI'm sorry but I do not recommend.. Just so happens my niece called, scheduled a moving day, Paid them, canceled within 24 hrs and 3 months later she is still waiting for her money to be reimbursed..all she keeps getting is looking into this matter, or going to speak to corporate or spoke with corporate about this, not sure but will call back, checkwill be in the mail next week..the weekcomes and goes and no check...never receives a call back mind you only excuses from them when SHE calls..its ridiculous already. 3 months wa... read more
No. Left behind almost every large item my partner and I explicitly said needed to be brought that day. We were talked into a third worker. Stupidest decision ever, because I’ve never seen slower work in my life. One texted for twenty minutes straight (my partner had video of this). At one point they loaded our two bed frames (one twin and one queen) without even taking them apart. I don’t appreciate being charged for the time it took them to do paperwork and not doing any work. Does it really take three people to fill out a form that was on something similar to an ipad? They got into a heated argument outside of my apartment complex about a lamp one of them dropped and broke. How professional is that? Worst moving company in the country. They outright SUCK. Do not trust them scumbags.
Just had a move done today. Local only less than a mile away. First of all I was assured it was a flat rate. It was only about 8 pieces of furniture. The movers were nice and it wasn’t their fault however after only less than two hours total including the drive !! It was almost 200 dollars more than the quote. I asked to speak to a manager who said it was the commute fee and packing supplies !! By packing supplies they mean glorified Saran Wrap and clothes than they take back. Unfortunately I did not get the services that I paid for and I would not recommend this company very unprofessional.
They bailed on me. Kitchen where dogs were there were found some feces under some of the furniture I missed. But that became my whole house is awful environment. I’ve got 1/2 my house on my front lawn right now. They couldn’t handle a side by side frig& freezer. This was an emergency move court ordered I thought I could depend on them. But they just bailed. Then they wouldn’t take boxes of canned foods? Seriously? I have found another company to help me tomorrow. Praying they are my Angels. Awful experience.
This was the worst experience moving I have ever had. Not only do the numbers on the bill not add up, they were most definitely on something that caused them to spend more time pacing in my garage then actually moving. I am appalled and the management was terrible.
