I have nothing against this company as the guy I spoke with was very nice and professional on the phone. But the 3 guys that came were not professional. 2 of the guys were talking in Spanish in which I have no problem with but in my opinion is unprofessional. They seemed to be mad when I didn't have 20 to 30 boxes like I thought I did. Had an afternoon appointment scheduled for 10/28 from 12-4...3pm rolls around and no guys, no call. so my husband calls and is told the service manager would call in 20min. No call. So we called back and are told that there's a problem with the truck and the afternoon crew called out. now it's almost 5 we're stuck in our old apartment full of boxes and beds disassembled. worst service ever to much money always late driver don't have a license
We just moved last week and I am completely disappointed! 2 hours late showing up! Also the sales guy Dan quoted me $900 to $1,078 for the move, then my husband is handed a bill of $1590.00!!! I called and spoke to Mike who explained the bill (we were not given a broken down bill at time of payment) and said that I must have "misunderstood" Dan's explanation. Damaged property during the move. Was told by movers that the company would pay to fix/replace damaged property. Cost of damage was 1,700 they offered me 180. I asked for a manager they gave me Doug Hillman who I have called 3 times and have yet to get a returned phone call. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
The service is terrible. The window was noon to 4. No call to narrow it down as promised. It’s now 6 and we’re waiting for a call to say they are half an hour away.
Poor customer service. Currently looking for movers. Marcelo reached out to me to schedule an in home estimate today at 5:00 with Tom who was supposed to call me 30 minutes before his arrival. He never called... never showed. When I called and spoke to Dan at 6:45 he assured me he would get on it ASAP. Hours later still no phone call. Would not recommend them just based on the lack of customer service. I would not have any faith in their team on my moving day.
Take care of my mother's belongings that you broke & give her back the price difference between what you quoted her & what you charged her! This company has taken advantage of my elderly mother. Do not hire them. Take care of my mother properly & I will remove my review.
