My friend booked them a month ago. There fast to take out there deposit. The day of the move was Saturday they give her a window between 12-4 and she had to keep calling to find out what was going on. They tell her oh there still on a job they will get in touch with you. 630 comes along and the tell her there not going to make it.they tell her we can come out Sunday and do it. This was the absolute worst moving experience that I had. They go to the trouble of having an estimator come out to your house to give you an estimate on whether or not they can complete the job, how many men are required, in what time, etc. The estimator came out and assured me that there would be a truck that would fit seven rooms and that my stuff would only fill up of 1/2 of the truck.. fast forward to move day. I used this company before and didn't have a problem so I booked my appointment a month in advance and requested the first slot of the day. I was called the day before I was to move and told I had a window between 12 and 4. That Saturday I was to move I waited and heard nothing. I called at 2:30 and was told the movers were still on their first job of the day and I'd get a call back. Called a few weeks ago and explained that I can book them anytime between Saturday and Monday. They told me that Monday would work perfect for them since there was some spots open. The time slot that I was given was between 11am - 3pm. I decided to call at 1pm to see if they were still on schedule and at that time they said that they are on schedule and won't be any later than 3pm. 3pm come and goes no one shows up.
