DANGER. CAUTION. WORST MOVERS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wish I read the Yelp reviews first. This was the worst moving and customer experience. If Facebook allowed businesses to owe customers stars, they would owe me more than 5. Save yourself $915.93 (including $50 tip). HORRIBLE..don’t let the good reviews get to your head
I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from All My Sons (Attleboro). I had a 1.5 bedroom loft and decided it'd be more convenient to have movers. I called the company and described EVERY piece of furniture I had! Kitchen island, 5 tables (2 work with wheels, 1 smaller work table, 2 side), 1 bed, 2 small ottomans, 1 antique sewing machine, 2 ladder bookshelves, and maybe 15 boxes. Do not EVER use this company to move. They showed up to our house with nothing but an empty truck, no straps for furniture or anything. They then told my mom that they didn’t have enough equipment or people to do our move, we’ve had the date booked for weeks. The person on the phone was less than helpful, even though it was his fault because he’s the one that screwed up the paperwork and sent a truck with nothing and no one. Quoted 750, tried to charge me 1400. movers were excellent but the company is a criminal enterprise with bait and switch pricing. When confronted with the issue, the manager berated the movers for not leaving something of value on the truck for leverage. that tells you all you need to know. I ended up offering and paying 900 because I thought it was a fair overage. I tipped the movers and bought them lunch. corporately this company is gravely unethical.
They definitely got all my belongs from one location to another... with the exception of our own hand truck that they took for themselves. When I called about it I was told they would call me back about it. No return call and when I try to call the operations person I was dealing with, it just rings and rings. Horrible! Could not complete the Move on said date. I traveled from new jersey to move out of a storage unit into A apartment. This was a day trip and the compony new this. Several times on the phone they said 2 hours minimum but charged me for three when it took an hour and half. Employees all seem to be misinformed about service and cost. Would not recommend. Paid far too much for bad service.

Terrible company. One of the women in my church had hired them to move her to a new apartment in the same building she was currently in. She is mentally handicapped and just lost her husband a few weeks ago. She was already distraught and she had put a $100 deposit for the move. They didn't show up when scheduled and she was told "the first job took longer than planned and that the workers would be 'too tired' to do her move." Too tired?
