As it was our first time using movers we chose All My Son's due to the sales pitch with the promise of tools to take apart beds and also the ability to move anything into the home. This was not the case. Once the movers showed to our home (2 hours late) they spent more time talking about their personal lives then actually moving our furniture, did not have the tools to take apart our beds (one of the main selling points) and looked in and rummaged through our dresser drawers, once the gentleman saw that I was looking at him... read more

We booked All My Sons for our move, May 12th for 12:00. 12:00 came and went and they weren't there. We made several phone calls to find out where they were and all we kept getting told is " We don't know when we will be there. The guys are still at their first job." We called at 1, 2, 3, 4 same answer every time. The buyers of our house even called because they wanted our stuff out and he was told they weren't coming. We were left high and dry with NO ONE to move our stuff!!! We finally got a phone call at 6:40 telling us th... read more
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER CALLED NEVER SHOWED. CLIFF COOPER SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN'T. WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND SCHEDULED IT WAY IN ADVANCE. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! CALL YOUR DAUGHTERS CUZ ALL MY SONS AIN'T COMING! AT LEAST MY REAL CIRCLE OF FRIENDS SHOWED UP TO MOVE US. I COULD GO ON ALL DAY BUT YOU'VE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you use this company be sure to buy additional insurance. I didn't. Cost to repair damaged items is over $3000. They are going to give me approximately $400 . Oh, and a sincere apology. It wouldn't be so bad if the damage occurred during the ordinary course of business. But it didn't. The 2 guys who showed up were in bad moods and took it out on my belongings. They tossed boxes that were clearly marked fragile. They were in too much of a hurry to get out the ramp. As a result, they dropped 2 items getting them off the tr... read more

Terrible. We found out at 2:30 in afternoon they couldn't come till Monday. We had everything ready to go so luckily I found a truck and friends and did it without them. The person on the phone was not nice.
AWFUL! the movers were supposed to be at our house btw 8am-10am and NEVER SHOWED UP. When we called, Matt was a jerk and told us basically "tough". My husband had to load the truck himself and I called another moving company for emergency help which they promptly sent over. Then Matt called in the late afternoon that day after most was loaded and said he was sending people over. We told him we didnt need them and he REFUSED TO REFUND OUR $50 DEPOSIT. AND WAS A JERK.
