If I didn’t have to click a star I wouldn’t. They damage flat screen tv, dropped my refrigerator, busted up washer and dryer and all my bedroom furniture is damage. Oh not to mention my end tables are damage and along with breakables that were broke. Then they got done early and told me I would be refunded and wasn’t. This moving company is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I can’t begin to tell you how awful they are. Hit the mailbox, broke numerous legs off of furniture, hit the gutter, banged up paint and door frames, packed liquids with sharp knifes and expensive linens, I could go on and on and on. Paid $5k for this nightmare of a move. Nothing was labeled or wrapped right. Clothes on hangers gobbled up into boxes. Took them two days. Boxes not marked correctly and brought to the wrong rooms.
Do not use this company. Disrespectful right off the bat over the phone after a few simple pricing questions. I'm always very polite and straightforward, and expect the same from others. They obviously did not like the questions I asked. I was told it costs over $400 to move a small piano about 10 miles.

During my move, the drivers were very nice but when one was left alone after moving my bedroom furniture upstairs, he attempted (alone) I guess to lower my dresser off its sides. This caused all four legs to break off the dresser and splinter the wood along the bottom. I provided the company with the information they needed and they offered less than 10% of the cost of the dresser. I fought with them for months on this, being that he shouldn't have attempted to move my extremely heavy dresser alone. It isn't something that c... read more

Horrible company. Save yourself the grief of working with these rip off artists who do a slow and poor job, then hold your stuff hostage on their truck until they strong arm you into handing over more money.
