Don’t let the family image fool you. These are the worst movers I have ever used. The men were dirty, smoked like chimneys and stole items from me. I moved several months ago and still find things missing. This is also the first time I had something broken beyond repair in a move. If you don’t believe me look up their business on BBB. I wish I had before hiring them.

DISPATCHER CALLED TO CANCEL ON US THE DAY OF OUR MOVE AT THE TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO BE AT OUR HOUSE. (Customer ID #5765154) My wife scheduled a move with All My Sons on the recommendation of a co-worker. We scheduled our move 2 months ahead of time. The day before our move, they sent me a standard email confirming our appointment and letting me know that they would be at our home between 8:00-8:30 am on 5/30/2018. Scheduled our move out 3 weeks ago for May 27th. They called to confirm two days prior that everything was a go. I got call around 8:30 am yesterday (day we are to move) letting me know that no one was going to be able to move us because no one showed up. They apparently had 8 guys who were to be scheduled and not one showed up, which is what we were told at first. My sister had booked them for moving almost a month in advance. Then the day before the move, there was a confirmation call to discuss time and team. Then day of move (the day after the confirmation call), they called and said they could not do the move because they were missing 5 guys! Too late for them to find another mover (trust me, we tried!), family and friends were able to help out with the move. NEVER use these guys. Furniture damaged, items missing, including medications that were not to be packed. truck almost entirely in yard at one point trying to back up to house. Items left behind, requiring us to make several trips by car to try to get what we could. No follow up by management to phone calls, agreed to 2 trucks with 4 movers, Jeff changed to 1 truck, and promised 5 guys, only sent 4 on day 1, then 3 on day 2 to finish what should have been done in 1 day. Crew left after 4 hours. leaving work inc... read more

Jeff in St. Louis decided to cancel the appointment he had made with my client. Thankfully we were able to find an amazing moving company who stepped up for this family who were left to figure things out. I am a St. Louis Realtor and would not ever recommend this company especially after speaking with Jeff who admits to cancelling the movers without authorization from the client and was not willing to make things right or assist in any way. He also hung up on me. Highly Unprofessional Company!
