I used this company for the first time last Friday. They quoted a price of $1250 but at end of move they charged $2450 The crew was slow since hourly charge. Just threw things in boxes with no packing ... many broken items... will have to file a claim. One of the workers destroyed my bathroom... They came in door at beginning saying. “We like gratuities”! I regret calling them & will never use them Again ... I want to warn everyone about this company.....

I was at the flying j (pilot) service station on IH35 Waco on Nov 1 at approximately 9am I was attempting to fuel up my motorhome at one of. the two pumps for RV''s. both lanes had one of your trucks parked in them with no drivers. they were inside the store. It was over 20 minutes before they ever came out and even then they were in no hurry to move. this is good advertising for your comp

Would NOT recommend. Where to begin...? Moved from FTW to San Antonio. Ftw guys loaded & Sa guys unloaded. The truck was packed so poorly. The guys in San Antonio took pictures so they weren’t responsible for damage. Which didn’t matter to AMS because they haven’t taken care of us since the move we made in July 2018. After the move we had to patch up walls due to carelessness. Our furniture was not properly packed to be protected. The worst. Even though the movers admitted to damaging my stuff, I had to fill out a piece of paper and get it notarized. Then one of the movers offered to move my stuff in the future for half the price because he admitted All My Sons is over priced. $400 for a one bedroom apartment is NOT worth it.

I scheduled for 3 movers for a 1 bed/1 bath load and unload into new apartment down the road. Charged me ridiculously. I did not have very much stuff to move and they took almost 5 hours. Crew was exhausted from previous moves before me so I received half gassed employees. Talked to a manager and he refused to take off more than $10/hr and travel fees. My move with All My Sons Moving & Storage (28275 I-10, Boerne, TX 78006) was on May 20th. I hired them because I wanted a stress free and simple move. If only that would have been my experience. It has taken me this long to write the review because half of me just wanted to forget that it ever happened. Worthless company with even more worthless human beings, like Robert Springer. Nowhere, anywhere on any of the documents or in our conversations was it stated that the deposit was non-refundable. Now all of the sudden when our house deal falls through and we have to cancel our move it is non-refundable. I hope keeping that deposit money was worth the loss of a customer. I will tell anybody and everybody that will listen not to use this worthless "company".
NEVER NEVER NEVER use these crooks. They are exactly what's wrong with America today. Steal from the hard working people just to get a few extra bucks. Pass it on. They steal money by padding your move with wasted time.
