RecommendedI gave the company 4 stars instead of 5 because the office staff got my moving time wrong. I booked a month in advance and called 4 days before, and I was assured by the office manager that I was first on the docket for the day. Brock said the movers would be there between 7-9. When I got my confirmation call I was told that I was put in the afternoon. I definitely let them know about the mistake, and they did fix it by sending movers out at 7 am.
