For Pelham location. Was told they would send two trucks, sent one and jammed most of a 2400 square foot house into it. Paid for a full pack, and the jokers who showed up didn't even know they were supposed to pack it up. Were three hours late, so they were late leaving out and caused us to use a vacation day bc we had to overnight at the destination. Broke my king bed and big screen TV. These people borrowed my tools that they never returned. They scratched up my furniture so bad it’s looks horrible. They broke my dining room chair. They lost the screws to 3 bedrooms sets and then Hannah tells me she will instruct the movers to put my mattresses on the floor so I can have somewhere to sleep tonight. Later I found some screws in a candy wrapper that the movers used to hold screws. They stripped the bolts to my dining room table so the new crew couldn’t put it together properly. I scheduled to move with All My Sons a month in advance for a move this morning. The crew pulled up to my house, and with out attempting to use the back access drive, calls me and says the 26 foot truck they brought wouldn’t fit due to a power line. The driver said he would speak to his manager, pick up a 13 foot truck, and call me back with an update shortly. After an hour with no call, I called the customer service line. I used All My Sons Moving and Storage to move my home furniture from Sylacauga Alabama to Alabaster Alabama (44 Miles). On 6/6/2014 we had an appointment to meet them at the old house between 8 and 9 am. They called at 9:30 to tell me they were fueling up and arrived at 11:00 am. The movers loaded the truck in less than two hours and told us that they had to go weigh the truck and would meet us at the house. The All My Sons Pelham office should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. I have never written a negative FB review, BUT I have also never been treated so poorly (thank you Nate) as a paying customer of a business. We booked with All My Sons for our Saturday move a few weeks in advance. My husband spoke to MULTIPLE different reps, male and females, confirming that movers would be at our house at 8:00am. Do NOT use this company for any moving needs. They are thefts and crooks and won’t even try to help get your valuable belongings back or make it right. Stole the last thing my grandpa gave to me before he passed away and the only physical memory I had left of hi. Escalating this to the BBB and our lawyer. CROOKS
Be careful when dealing with these people they just threw my stuff in the house did not set up anything and over charged me
Movers did not wrap our grandson’s tv or the furniture. TV screen was damaged. Movers took pictures and assured us they would take care of it. One month and 12 phone calls later, no pictures, no resolution. We did not even mention the black spots on the light gray sofa or the scratched tables. I would not recommend them.
1 1/2 years ago we used this company to move us from Alabama to Georgia. We had to store our furniture while we built our new home. We felt that they did a good job at first. They were very fast but that was not a good thing. They didn’t take a lunch break and by the end of the day they got very careless and sloppy. We caught one of my most treasured pieces of furniture unprotected coming off the truck. A huge gouge was across the top. It took 4 months to get paid for the repair.
