The absolute worst moving company I have ever used. They were super slow loading my furniture onto the truck. It took 3.5 hours to load already packed boxes and already broken down furniture that had been all moved to the front room for easy access. They sent a small woman and small man who were physically not fit for the job. It cost me $700 to move only half my belongings. Horrible experience! Never finished the job. Broke multiple items because the team started tossing boxes in my garage (even though they were clearly marked with their destination location). The representative ignored my calls and wouldn’t return my messages.
If you ever want to hire a moving company, do NOT use ALL MY SONS. I had them move me this past Sunday, and they did a horrible job. They moved stuff that should have stayed and left things that should have moved even after specific instructions. They left their trash on my floor, smoked a couple joints in the truck (saw it and smelled it) then, they got in a huge fight in my yard, two of them beat the other guys face in, the language was out of this world, I had to call 911 and the two “bad guys” threw my couch in my yard a... read more
I usually don't do this at all but this is a complete mess.. I called all my sons on Thursday (last min) but was told by the local branch that sure we can accomdate you on Friday which is today! I was overjoyed!! so I paid the deposit and on move day 30 mind before the move i received a call from company saying sorry we can't be able to move you! RecommendedKareen and the rest of the crew were great! They were friendly and professional.They moved us relatively quickly and and handled our belongings with care. They made sure that our recently painted walls remained pristine.
These people borrowed my tools that they never returned. They scratched up my furniture so bad it’s looks horrible. They broke my dining room chair. They lost the screws to 3 bedrooms sets and then Hannah tells me she will instruct the movers to put my mattresses on the floor so I can have somewhere to sleep tonight. Later I found some screws in a candy wrapper that the movers used to hold screws. They stripped the bolts to my dining room table so the new crew couldn’t put it together properly. Do NOT use this company for any moving needs. They are thefts and crooks and won’t even try to help get your valuable belongings back or make it right. Stole the last thing my grandpa gave to me before he passed away and the only physical memory I had left of hi. Escalating this to the BBB and our lawyer. CROOKS
Be careful when dealing with these people they just threw my stuff in the house did not set up anything and over charged me
1 1/2 years ago we used this company to move us from Alabama to Georgia. We had to store our furniture while we built our new home. We felt that they did a good job at first. They were very fast but that was not a good thing. They didn’t take a lunch break and by the end of the day they got very careless and sloppy. We caught one of my most treasured pieces of furniture unprotected coming off the truck. A huge gouge was across the top. It took 4 months to get paid for the repair.
