I had HORRIBLE problems with All My Sons moving company! I have moved multiple times and have never experienced anything like them! They told me they would be there at 9 in the morning. They did not get there until 6 that afternoon. My parents drove 2 hours to help me with the moving process. Which means they waited ALL day with me. When the movers got there there was a rough looking man and two teenage kids. The first object they tried to get was a tv stand in the living room. Dealing with your company has become a real pain in my side. Hiding behind legal liability of .60 cents per pound when you were clearly at fault for ruining a few pieces of furniture and a new refrigerator. If I can help someone else avoid the aggravation of dealing with your company, then maybe I can feel a little better about how we were just swept under the rug. We used All My Sons Moving company July 5th. We already had everything packed they just had to move it. During the move our brand new refrigerator was scratched and dented beyond repair dents on both side of the door and the handles scrape down to the metal. My antique bedroom suit was also damaged the cost of this repair is $1, 100. We've contacted them with pictures and estimates to have the items fixed and or replaced.. The offer they've given us is $325.00 I highly recommend finding someone else to move you!

The crew that was sent to my house was a complete joke... One of the 3 had a bad back and sat in the truck while the other 2 sluggishly moved boxes. About 3 hours into the move they called someone to come pick them up and quit on the spot leaving a half packed truck blocking off the parking lot in our apartment complex blocked off with no one to drive. Would have been 5 stars until one of the crew guys once they were almost done moving my stuff into my new home said, if noon has told you yet “gratuity is accepted on this hot day”. Made me really uncomfortable, I normally tip anyway and even did after the fact. But mentioning it to me was really weird in my opinion!
Terrible company, their word means nothing.
We are very pleased with the movers who helped us: Nate, Deangelo, Blake, Joseph, and Jacob. They worked hard and kept pleasant attitudes in the hot weather. Our problem is with management and fraudulent business practices. Josh and Randi quoted us $4500 with complete packing vs $3500 if we packed ourselves; my wife spent 3 weeks packing every day while taking care of our four children. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING AND STORAGE. I booked my moving date three weeks in advance for 4 men. I had a representative come to my house before then to do a "walk through" and to see if there were any problems with a truck getting down my driveway. I was assured it would be NO PROBLEM. Stolen and damaged items. Two week delay in first loaded boxes. Estimate went from $1665 to $4393.28 the day of the move after I had mailed in a deposit check for $500. I was informed the move would cost at least $2000 more a bout an hour into the move which is when All My Sons ran out of boxes and tape. While unpacking I found out why they ran out of room and boxes.
