We called 3 weeks prior to move and set up the appointment for 8 am. We get a call 3 days before move in saying “we don’t think we will be able to make it to you”. Which is an absurd excuse when we were the first people of the day. Do not book with this company because this is terrible business. We chose this company because we heard great things and that impression was not left. I think the photo says it all but just in case you need details. Late, Facebook live was involved, and careless and rude. I had to pick this box up and transfer the contents to another box myself. 🤦
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 with the Roswell location and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
The worst move of my life. I would not even recommend these people to my worst enemy.
Hired this company for small move. They were to be here Saturday. I paid deposit and had everything ready. I got one email confirmation and nothing else . I have called the Birmingham number which is in Dallas, Tx and they say they will call you back, never one call. They said they had no way to reach any employee in Birmingham .... no one has a cell phone? I am sitting here Sunday night and was supposed to be out! NEVER USE THISCOMPANY! Worst service I have ever gotten.
Broken custom bed, broken water main, charged for supplies we didn’t use that they left at the house we moved from, and messed up our landscaping....$3800 bill too Manager said I’d have to contact corporate for any sort of refund for all the issues. They wouldn’t unload the truck unless we paid the un-adjusted bill now. So frustrating! I do NOT recommend “All my sons” moving! What a nightmare!! 🤦🏼♀️
TERRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend this company if GOD himself asked me to. I was told they would arrive at 8am and they NEVER showed up. Piss poor company for sure!
Do not use this company to move you. They are a company that will string out the hourly rate by taking long lunch breaks smoke on your clock and take the longest route to point B. All that was said here can be backed by true facts!
Look for another company don’t hire them
