Horrible experience. We had some items strangely go "missing". Manager never once returned by calls about our lost items - the only reason I spoke to him once the move was over was because he happen to be the one to answer the phone when I called. All the other times he was "very busy". I will never use this company again and will be reporting to BBB.

This company broke my grandmothers China. The mover was talking on his cell phone while coming down the steps with my boxes on hand trucks. This company offered $30.00 as compensation. $30. This is after contacting headquarters numerous times. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Go with a more reputable company.

Poor only due to management - We moved on March 23rd. The move itself was done professionally (everything wrapped and cushioned) and the movers were hard workers. The issue is management at the Birmingham office. Everyone beware of Chris. One of the movers stepped on the bottom rail of a custom made banister to our upstairs area while moving a couch. Accidents happen and we have no ill feeling for the mover. The mover tried to repair the damage (unknown to me until it was too late) and made the damage irreparable by normal m... read more

No customer care. No help for poor old people. I called and Calvin came to give a quote, then told me he didn't have time to move me. I call that poor customer service. That's ok. I have other people.
