Sending teams out in flip flops! Refusing services! Unprofessional!
They took my deposit and scheduled my move, told me they would call 24 hours ahead of the move to make sure nothing had changed. They never called. I called them 20 hours ahead of the move to make sure they were still coming bc I had not heard anything else from them and they said they had given my spot away. It left me scrambling to make other arrangements after having this move planned well in advance! And they never refunded my deposit. I will never use them in the future nor would I recommend them
This is wrong! Idk why they would come unprepared to move in friggin flip flops!
These 3 men came to help my mom move. 1 dude shows up in flip flops. They begin moving, moved my brothers mattress, boxes etc. came to my moms mattress and they said they can’t move it because it’s unsanitary(mind you they just moved one to the truck) couldnt move the washer and dryer because they “don’t have the tools”. Horrible !!!!!!! took only half of ladies stuff to move 15 min awY & then went driving to the wrong city further away. BEWARE !!!
Friend used them today and they were very unprofessional, did not move all of her belongings, and seemed to pad the length of time to get paid more. Arrived wearing inappropriate clothing for moving and refuses to move some items. Would not recommend at all.
I had the worst experience ever today. Story time: I set up an appointment with All My Sons Moving & Storage. I paid the deposit on Monday. I was told that I’d be the second customer today. I called them at 10am for an ETA. They told me they’d be at my home within an hr. No one called, texted or sent a pigeon my way. I call the company back at 2pm. Where do I begin? They showed up to my house smelling like they all just smoked weed. Then they scratched up all of our furniture, especially our expensive Ethan Allen pieces. They left half the refrigerator Handles off. We called twice and was told they were coming back....they never did. Moving is stressful enough, but they ruined it! Save you money, time, and stress. The rates are cheap for a reason....stay away, FAR AWAY!
Horrible customer service. Very bad experience overall. Movers were sitting on their phone the whole time while the customers did all the work. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
