Very disappointed! My washer was dropped and determined not to be repairable by our technician we had look at it. The movers claimed no responsibility and did not repair or replace it. They cited no visual damage outside however the counterweight inside was knocked off. I worked the day before we moved and did not the day after we moved.
Management sent an e-mail saying a 26 by 39; truck and 2_men would be here between noon and 2. Two men and a car did show up. They wanted me to either rent a u-haul truck or they could walk all my furniture 1 1/2 blocks. I was livid. Finally After many phone calls, a truck and two men showed up at 7:30 pm. yes, 7:30 pm. Not very happy!. They finished unloading at 10:30
We hired All My Sons Moving and Storage of Cincinnati, LLC. to move the contents of our 3 bedroom home to the new house we had just purchased. We were assured they would send professional movers who would wrap all the furniture and handle everything with care. When the movers showed up the very first thing they did was complain about how much they had to move and were very upset that it would take two trips. I have moved a few times and this was absolutely the worst moving experience imaginable. It took twice as long as it should have - hundreds of dollars worth of items were broken and when settling the bill, they tried to overcharge by more than $1000. Then, when we tried to file a claim they referred me to a claims department where no one answered and the voice mail was full. I hired this company for a local small furniture move on 11-11-18. The move was scheduled for today, 11-14-18 for the afternoon. They called me and cancelled the move at 1:55 pm. They said that mover men got injured. The man that called me didn't offer any help and when I asked if they could do the move tomorrow, he said no, that his schedule was messed up for the whole week. I am sorry if someone really got injured, but this company is probably running too lean on personnel and I will tell everyone what happened to me ... read more
It took two men 5 hours to load the truck downstairs when it only took 2.5 to unload it upstairs when I first moved and due to not using moving blankets, there were several items damaged. Despite the workers being friendly and polite, I would not use them again.
