If I could, I would give 0 stars! This was my first use of a mover and from my experiences, it will be my last! I was completely floored by the complete lack of professionalism and disregard for the quote given and my time as a customer. First off, I was physically unable to complete the move on my own and reached out to several companies for a quote to move my family and I. Never Ever use this company - it was a terrible experience. We had an estimate for 7 hours with a 3 man crew. Only 2 guys showed up on moving day and informed me they were short handed - no notice or apology. One of the big reasons we went with All My Sons was the 3 man crew. They also brought a rental truck that was too small for the job and we ended up having to make 2 trips. It took the guys 11 hours (4 hours longer than the estimate) and they just plopped furniture in the middle of rooms and didn't reassemble a single th... read more

Short story: I would not recommend this company at all!! They have serious scheduling issues and no real costumer service skills. The only good thing about this company was the movers, Kenneth, Kwame, and Tyler. They were professional and funny. We enjoyed having them in our home. They could become reliable. They are not. They did not show up at all, did not call and lied when I called to find out why.

I was told that there was a minimum of 2 hrs for the move. I moved most of the things myself trying to stay under the 2 he min where I was told it would cost 129.00/he for the move. apparently there were other charges like fuel and time of arrival the form that I had took ALOT OF TIME!!! So in the end I had to pay double what I was expecting to pay!!! good thing my roommate/bf was able to pay the rest to which I will pay him back when my paycheck goes through. Warning! Do not book your move with them unless you want the biggest inconvenience of your life. Scheduled a move with them about 10 days ago. Last Friday, I got the confirmation call with details, ie: destination, location, ETA of crew/truck, credit card info, etc. July 16- day of move I was supposed to receive a call around 8:00 AM- no call. I called them at 8:30 and was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally got through to a woman named Ashley, saying my move has been cancelled. I thought she was kidding because who would just ... read more

Number one, don't use the company. Not reliable at all. Already posted my comment on them. However, want to say Tyler and his crew did a fantastic job. Great people to work with. Went way beyond what they were given to do. Thank you Tyler and all your crew. !!!!!!

READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING ALL MY SONS! I initially met with their estimator, Michael Bernard, cell # 954-882-8169. He told me we had more items than could be moved in 1 day, so he suggested moving us June 21-22. We had the majority of our items sitting in the garage. He confirmed there would be no problem taking anything at all. On Thursday, June 21st, nobody had shown up as of 2:30pm. I called the office and spoke with Ashley.
