We used All My Sons the past weekend for a move from Hilliard to Westerville. The movers were pleasant and quick. They also took great care of our belongings. However, once they were done packing up our old home (or so I thought) they came out to tell me they were all done and to meet them at the new home. After moving in there, my wife and I went back to clean the old house so the new owner didn’t walk in to a mess. We found that our walk in closet was full of boxes, crates and suitcases. The cancelled our move 1/2 he before they were scheduled to arrive. The crew was too tired from the night before. They had no sympathy for the fact that we had to move that day. Steer clear of this company!

Stop over charging. Terrible customer service. Will never ever use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone. I could have had my brothers move me and saved myself $600. I was looking for a different experience and made the mistake of using this company.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have a move coming up tomorrow, and they took it upon themselves to double charge for my deposit, and when I told them that this needed corrected, they continued to hang up on me MULTIPLE times, and then told me they refuse to complete my move tomorrow. Told me word for word "good luck, we will not be moving you tomorrow. Find someone else." Do not waste your time. They Didn’t show on moving day after I paid $1000 to secure my dates!!! Bought option 2 insurance and they aren’t paying. Move from HELL. Damaged several pieces of expensive furniture and refusing to honor replacement liability . RUN FRom THESE PEOPle. Movers didn’t use straps and didn’t pad house properly or have enough plastic for carpet runners. There’s little recourse through BBB or PUCO. Do not trust them! they give quotes over the phone that are not even close to realistic or close to what they will charge you. Unless you just want to listen to whatever they quote you and double that price. Unfortunately I didn’t look at other reviews on google and facebook before booking and believe their lies they told over the phone. horrible service! i was told there would be 3 men and 2 men showed up the day of the move. no one bothered to call and give me a heads up. they damaged multiple things and then charged me do... read more

No one should ever consider using this company. It was the worst 'customer service' experience of my life. I do not believe any review that is over zero stars. They will 'schedule' your move, but will not truly schedule a time with you, will not commit, will not call you and then will leave you to move yourself. I cannot express this enough, do not use.
