Under NO circumstances should you hire this moving company. They arrived hours before we had set up the time to arrive. This meant they showed up and then had to leave and reschedule it for the next day when we asked them to be there later in the day in the first place. The movers showed up the next day and smoked CIGARS in the storage unit SITTING ON OUR FURNITURE. They broke our $275 dresser and offered us $50. Please never use this moving company. Save yourself the time and frustration
BEWARE: All My Sons Moving & Storage Terrible customer service and management! Moving is hard and stressful. All My Sons Moving & Storage made things worse. They damaged nearly every piece of furniture they moved for us. Corners and furniture legs are mangled and broken. We intended to hire "professional movers" to avoid the headache and backache. Had the move all set up. They arrived and I pointed out that all they needed to move was several prices of large furniture, including a bed and dresser from upstairs and washer and dryer and very heavy electric couch, which I told them in advance. And ONE cabinet of glassware only and some books and albums. They told me that "They don't pack glassware" and I wasn't allowed to use the boxes I already had, INCLUDING THEIRS FROM A PREVIOUS MOVE!! As business owners, we were very clear that we were short of time and energy to micromanage our move. The estimator assured me it would be handled with professionalism. They are thieves, con artists, lazy, and DO NOT CARE about you. Nightmare of a company to deal with. If they damage anything in your house they will NOT pay you more than $250 for damages. Before they offer you $250 they will try to get away with offering $150. They set their start time before going through the contract, agreement, and scope of the move. I was caught off guard and went ahead with it because I found him intimidating. Terrible company called them to tell them I was missing items and where on the truck they were loaded and they ignored me and sent me to their corporate office…. I’ve used moving companies many times over the years and have had never had an issue until I used all my sons!! I should’ve believed the reviews I saw online..
I would NEVER HIRE these movers again. We moved back in May and June. I haven’t time to review until now because we had our 1st baby in July and we’ve had a lot going on…DUSTY was the estimator that was sent to our apartment to estimate the cost of the move. We explained to him that we were a military family and I would be very pregnant when we moved, so I wasn’t going to be able to pack as much and move as much I would normally like to.
