I've never contacted this company for a quote yet they have call me on 2different occasions both on the weekend and nonstop both times. The first time it was 4 phone calls and a text in 4 hours and the second time 2 calls and text within an hour starting at 8am... let me be clear I have NEVER asked for anything from them, their website or social media. They were going to charge my 84 yr old Mother $300 to move a small exercise bike on wheels (easily rolls with 1 person pushing it) 5.5 miles. Fortunately my son found out about it and had her call and cancel but they refused to return her her $100 refund. They obviously think they can take advantage of the elderly. We will NEVER call them again & will certainly be telling friends & family our experience...
I wish I’d never called this company for my moving needs. The man I worked with was James Grubbs, my closing got delayed, so we had to reschedule my move. Someone ended up scheduling another move in my place, so I was forced to cancel and get my deposit back, then find new movers. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they didn’t credit my entire deposit back, they shorted me by $200!! Needless to say, I am fighting with my bank on this, since James never would respond back!! My movers were great guys and professional; however, over 7 hours for a local move is ridiculous (Navarre to Pensacola). I only had them move larger items. While I would agree if it’s a long distance move, I would wrap everything but when you wrap in plastic and wrap in blankets a $100 bookcase the same as a $2,000 tv, you know when you pay that I’ll, you are going to be upset. Incredibly disgusted with this company. we used them to move less than one year ago 3 miles from navarre to navarre. total cost just around 400 dollars. Today they came and moved my house, with less items inside of it than during the first move, a grand total of 0.7 miles into a storage unit. i had spoke to Chris on the phone prior and went over their base charges, labor fees, and travel charges, which seemed like it would add up to a very similar total as the last move. Having asked for calls to discuss and not received .. I share our negative experience on move from Navarre (11 miles) to Gulf Breeze. First - Tracy was amazing with our baby grand piano - end of good comments. Otherwise, time was wasted, (by the hour) it seemed some helpers were young and in training. The move was $2500 - same exact furn moved 3 yrs ago from Pensacola to Navarre was $1568 .. Plus they ran the debit for $3200 .. Did refund that. Move experience on scale of 1-10 .. Totally misinformed on pricing/time/ etc. The lazy piece of crap that sits behind the desk you should be ashamed. The movers did an excellent job. Don’t use this company you will get ripped off!!
I was quoted between $500 to $600 and paid a $200 deposit. Upon arrival of new home, I was given a bill for an additional $1078.52. I called my rep, Brad, and he was so rude. The two movers did a horrible job, they were slow and damaged items. Never would I recommend this company to anyone.
Don't ever use All My Sons Movers Pensacola Florida. The Asst managers name is Bradley Johnson. They just ripped me off 100.00 deposit. Rescheduled my move in their system without my calling or my knowledge, to March 17th so they could keep my deposit. I cancelled March 16th. Original schedule date of mine, which I never changed, was March 26th. Yes, all my son's I have everything on email including Bradley's response that I should have my deposit refund in a couple of days. Now ... No response at all.
