We recently used them as movers for our recent move. While the move itself went OK, the men were friendly and professional, but they rushed through the move and were sloppy. We had told them that we weren't taking the mattress and table, which were trash and we wanted them to dispose of them, but for whatever reason, they still left it at the old apartment. Crooks that hold customers hostage for payment in full before unloading furniture
The movers were excellent, the office personnel lie to you on the quotes, I called explaining the situation, the manager hung up in my face....I wasn't even trying to get money back, these guys are crooks, if you use them please make sure you get your quote in writing...Frank the owner has bad judgment when hiring his staff except when it comes to the movers, the Pensacola, FL office is full of Crooks......Beware you've been warned.
Very unhappy with this company. From the $500 over charged price to the broken furniture and my brand new dryer that I can't even open now. My wall has a chunk missing out of it from the mover hitting it with furniture. I tried to tell Frank about it and his words were just well I'm sorry you are unhappy. As a single mother I work very hard to get the things we have. I am just very hurt from all the things that were broken and can NOT be replaced. I wouldn't rate this company a 1. First: The movers themselves were great. They worked hard all day long, handled our belongings well and were very nice. The low rating is not because of the movers, it is because of the owner's misquote on the time it would take to move. We told the owner, Frank, the size of our home and all the furniture/appliances we needed moved. Frank told us for sure we didn't need 4 guys, only 3 and it would take 5-6 hours. I was told I would have 3 movers come to my home to move my stuff. Moving is not my forte...I had also already explained I had horrible family emergencies going on all week and the night before my move I had both my kids and ran out of boxes, but had no option to go the store with 2 sleeping children by myself...So there were some things not packed and for that I apologized to the movers.
