My experience with this company was a nightmare, first off they were 6 hrs. late. The movers were nice, but had no tools to disassemble anything, or assemble. The front office were not willing to compensate for the 6 hrs. for being late. Well they knocked off 50% of fuelsurcharge, which was 18%. They don't say what charges are when setting up move. They sent 2 movers, who had no idea the bedrooms were going on the 2nd floor. Two movers take more time, and the more time for them is more money for the company. I will never ev... read more

I only say no because I've used them before and something's changed. people in the office talk real fast and get you to sign up but don't really tell you the whole deal. Then when it's time for your move do you find out 16% surcharge on labor set equates to fuel surcharge I guess. You're charged an hour labor for travel time. I lived five minutes from the shop. when your movers came , who were very good you learn about material prices like $37.50 a roll of shrink wrap. it's my fault I didn't get info or ask enough questions... read more

I have filed a claim with the BBB, Consumer News, WEAR TV, filed a report with local police......this company is terrible! Do not use them unless you fully expect to get ripped off

We hired All My Sons moving company to assist us with our move. On the phone, they are super quick initially before they even discuss rates to feel the need to reassure you that they are a great company. When the agent quoted me a rate, he quoted 159/hr. I asked if there were any extra fees involved knowing that with most companies, fuel and such is an added charge. I am sitting my truck crying. Because of this company. I trusted them to move all my belongings and furniture. 1st. they show up late 2nd they don't seem to know what they are doing ,they couldn't figure put how to take the backs off the couches to get them out the door. 3rd. the truck wasn't big enough I had to run and get a small flat bed trailer to put the rest of our stuff on and move it myself. 4th they were so slow they ran the bill up to $ 1400. after I was told $1000. Sad to say we used this company today to move our fathers items locally 13.9 miles from an assisted living facility to my home. We had a queen size bed with frame, a dresser, a night stand, chair and ottoman, and a small bookcase. We also had 4 boxes of small items. When the crew arrived at about 8:15 am we had to go through signing and initialing a contract on a small tablet over and over again. It kept repeating or making us start over. If you are thinking of working for them there is a couple of things you need to know. When they say they will give you $10 an hour thats when you actually work, not drive time. Laborers only get $5 dollars an hour for driving so you could drive for 3 hours and only work 2 and you would only get 35 dollars for breaking your back. They can do this by saying you get "tips." I worked there for a couple of months and got only one $10 dollar tip. If there are tips the drivers keep it and dont tell the laborers. Bottom line is you ... read more

My movers were slow, sloppy and didn’t move everything. I had to go back thru my apt room by room to finish moving what they left. All my sons waaay overcharged me, and mgmts response was...didn’t you know how much it would cost. He then itemized the expenses, like I could figure out the total price. And, no one cares at this company. No one. I believe I should get a 400.00 refund....951 is too much to pack, load and move a two bedroom apt 4 miles..
