They were very courteous but not the most efficient. The job should have been split into 2 days. During the estimate I was told they were going to send 2 trucks. We were 85% packed. They did not start until 10:45 am. We asked them to help us finish packing. We still had glasses & the pantry left & odds & ends around the house. They filled up the truck. But only had 1 truck. They did not finish the job until midnight & there was still a lot left at the house. They wrapped furniture well. This was our 3rd move in 3 years. I wa... read more

THEY ARE REALLY NICE.
Arrived at 9:26 a.m. started charging at 9:15 a.m. Broke limbs off of a tree parking the van in the driveway and did not clean them up. Did not work together. We had three people doing our move-in. They were all doing separate things and none of them seemed to know what the other person was doing. Did not have the proper tools to break down the bed. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this moving company. Their business practices and level of professionalism need significant improvement. When I booked my move, I was told that two movers could complete a second-floor, two-bedroom apartment in approximately two hours. However, the experience was nothing like what I was promised. The movers themselves were fast and efficient, which is why I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. I spoke with someone at the office the morning of the move, and they never informed me that only two movers would be arriving instead of the three that had been promised. Because of this, I had to spend time negotiating pricing while the movers were already on the clock. The movers purposely moved slow to drag out the time. I was sent 2 movers to locally move a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment from the 3rd floor. My family moved more than the movers did. In transit to the 2nd location I stopped to get water for everyone and the movers got to my house before I did and tried to hold my things hostage on the moving truck until I made a payment which I was not told in advance I had to do.
