Worst move of the 7 moves in my life. Broken items, missing items, items they disassembled they could not assemble because they lost parts (beds), put boxes in wrong rooms, furniture damaged, wardrobe boxes did not have hanger bars ~ clothes just stuffed in wardrobes requiring us to launder or dry clean. It was a horrible experience - i would not recommend them.

This company needs to be shut down. Skylar at the Savannah location is very rude and took full advantage of the eldery. Charging them almost 500.00 please do not use this company and save your money.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONTACT THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. They don?t deserve any stars. We contacted AMS about getting a quote on moving a treadmill from upstairs in our home, down to the garage. During the quote I explained we needed it taken apart, moved, and put back together. They gave the a quote price that sounded great. After they completed the move I was pressured to give a unqualified rating for the move. Now, that I have unpacked my boxes. furniture was damaged by turning cabinets upside down. Open containers with liquids were packed with clothing causing them to be damage or un usable.
It seems to me that the most basic thing you can ask of a mover is that they show up for the move. This company stood us up. They bailed just hours before the scheduled time and were completely unwilling to help us find an alternative.
The move was a nightmare. Customer service was excellent, but the movers were very inexperienced. I had three movers one Mover was very, very knowledgeable and experienced the other two movers were young and experience. They did not have a clue about how to pack furniture or load furniture. The legs for my orthopedic chair was removed from the chair and lose during the move process. I paid for packing and I ended up packing a lot of things myself. do not blame the movers as they were young and inexperienced and over worked .... read more
They are scam artist. My original quote was for 8400 lbs. They said every cost was by weight only. If it was more weight , it would cost more. They would weigh the truck before it got there and weigh it when loaded. I never got a weight ticket before or after. When the movers showed up on the day of the move, I had to sign an agreement that I had never seen before. DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS!! They deleted my review!! Please go read the other reviews! I will be contacting the BBB. They quoted us $209 PER HOUR! I have videos and pictures to prove it. My brother had to help them move our stuff (what is the point of hiring movers?) from/to the new place of residence. They wait until they load up the truck and then tell you the SCAM!
