The estimator did everything over the phone and did not come out to visually see my items. The movers did not pack the truck appropriately which caused me to pay for the second day of moving. It felt very bait and switch. There was damage to my new construction home in which I am still waiting on my claim to be responded to several weeks later. This is a poorly run company. I sent real estate pictures of all the things that needed to be moved and verbally told them I had a lot of stuff. They sent one truck that was way too small. I had to make 7 more trips with a truck and trailer to get all of my belongings they they were supposed to move. Plus they damaged my guest bed and dresser, gouged my living room floor, and dented up various other pieces of furniture. I paid 1800.00 for this shoddy work too. Never again.

They left 3/4 of furniture within the apartment and did not deliver it. I was told I would have to request the service again to get the other furniture out. Very rude, overpriced, damaged furniture, refused to take glass items to have them moved. I would not refer this company to anyone. Do not use this company at all.

Very unprofessional company. My original quote started at $150.00, I ended up paying over $500.00 to move one bedroom bed, small kitchen table w/ 2 chairs and 4 boxes. They over charged for everything. I never could get a straight answer. Very rude.
