They treated me and my belongings as trash. One of the helpers hung over quit and I was left with my belongings dumped in drive way.i was charged 3 times as much as quoted. Family airlooms was broken.

The worst decision. Charged 3 times what they quoted me and they walked the site and said it would take 5 hours total. It took twice that long. They will hold your belongings Ranson for final payment before they will unload at your new home. Then, you can expect things to get broken. I forgot to mention that they did not show up at our agreed time, noon on Friday. We closed Friday morning ran back to meet the movers that never showed up. Before the move friendly and informative. Quote was off by a mile, felt like movers upcharged on unnecessary packing products. Since the estimate was off by so much they did not complete the project causing us to pay for another day in our old home so we could rent uhauls to complete the project ourselves. I even called midway through to tell the manager that there was no way the estimate was going to cover what was needed. I would never recommend All My Sons Moving and Storage . 1. Three unmasked, unvaccinated movers were in and out of my home. One of which proceeded to be very unprofessional when told they would need to wear masks. They stated they only had one mask in the truck and I provided the movers with mask. 2. They did not properly wrap my large dresser, which was damaged on the top right top and edges. Worst experience ever. Day workers. Furniture scratched and damaged. Stopped for lunch on way to storage facility while on the clock. Didn't wrap furniture as agreed. Careless, rude, disrespectful. I Called their manager to report their actions and was told that they were his best crew. Caveat Emptor!!

They took 10 hours to load and unload 750 sq feet of already boxed up items. I had to help them to get it done within this time frame.

Bait and switch! I followed your recommendation for them, booked them, based on my details of the move needed. ALL THE DETAILS! I was quoted a price and scheduled the move, deposits included, but I never received the offer in writing (my error, it wont happen again) I was told, once scheduled, their system would not generate the quote, by customer service. Do not trust them. Completely different quote on the phone than what they charge when they get there. They preformed services that we did NOT ask for without asking us then charged us on the back end when all things were on the truck in front of the storage unit. I feel scammed. They pray on the headache of the move being so difficult that you just accept their new price (remember ALL of your things are loaded on the back of the truck when they discuss the new pricing). They rescheduled my original appointment without telling me to another location and a much later time. The guys were tired and took so long packing my one-bedroom!!!! Very expensive move. Will not use again.
