I couldn't be happier! We replaced the carpet to get our house ready to sell. We've gotten fantastic feedback from potential buyers. Pricing was great. Installation was easy and painless. This year we decided to update the floors in our home. We’ve lived here for 30 years and have had flooring from various outlets and one of the large home box stores. We purchased a ranch home with 5 year old solid hardwood floors in some of the rooms. It turns out, All Surface Flooring, was the original installer. We hired them to complete two additional bedrooms which required tying the new wood in with the existing wood. The installers, Chad and Sam, were absolutely fantastic. Pat did a fantastic job installing our carpeting on our steps, landing, and hallway today. He was very professional and personable. He paid attention to detail and my husband and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. I highly recommend using All Surface Flooring for all of your flooring needs.
What a great company to work with, our new carpet looks fantastic! We had 972 yards of Mohawk Designer installed in September 2018. We had shopped around but found All Surface Flooring to be the best all around choice for us. From the sales team to the installers we say "Thank you all!" I came into the showroom to get some ideas of what kind of floor I should get to replace my foyer. The salesman was over the top with ideas, what was the best solution and had the answers to all of my questions, very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I will definitely purchase from All Surface and recommend them to anyone I know looking for flooring.
What a fantastic company!! Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the owner and manager to the carpet layers. We had a few mishaps and Roy and Cody worked with us to make sure we were 110% satisfied before we paid the remainder of our bill. I even called the store to say that we would like to pay them the remainder - they did not rush or push us until they knew we were happy.
